/God Bless OPIN and all its volunteers. Now let's get behind them in their efforts to raise money for a much-needed new state-of-the-art facility, which the City of Stamford should have built long ago!
As a Stamford taxpayer, I would like to see some of my tax dollars spent on building a new shelter.
