"Tulip is awesome. She is a very loving little dog and is just about completely housebroken. She is 90% angel and still 10% Cujo, but we are working on that. The only problem she has is that she is still very aggressive with other dogs, people, cars going by, etc. . . . We think she is just scared. The trainer is helping with all that. She is a wonderful little dog and we are so happy to have gotten her. We really love her."

OPIN (Outreach to Pets in Need) is an all-volunteer registered 501(c)(3) non-profit. Our mission is to promote adoption of homeless animals, and to provide assistance to pets in need through medical treatment, training, and education. We are in the Stamford, CT area.
